Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to get your honey to you as quickly and safely as possible.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons or market events, processing times may be slightly longer.
• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
• Delivery Options:
  – Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  – Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
• Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (for shipped orders).
  

Damaged or Lost Packages: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or goes missing — we’ll work with you to make it right.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products (consumable food items), we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However:

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup with a photo and description.
• We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
• To be eligible for a return or replacement, items must be unused and in their original packaging (where applicable).
